Step into an intimate venue where the stage feels beautifully close. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close at the start and no entry is allowed once the show has begun.

What can I expect at the event?

What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Catégorie A (parterre devant), Catégorie B (balcon latéral), Catégorie C (parterre milieu), Catégorie D (balcon face), Catégorie E (parterre derrière). Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.

This experience takes place indoors in an air-conditioned venue.

Visitors spend an average of 60 min at this experience.

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drinks available for purchase.

Unfortunately, there is no parking available on site. We recommend using public transport. You will also find several car parks nearby.

Is there a dress code?
There is no set dress code for this experience. Casual wear will do just fine.
Will there be interaction with the dancers?
Although the dancers are keen to captivate and enchant the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show simply by watching and enjoying!
Will there be merchandise for sale?
There will be no merchandise for sale.
Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store; on the Fever website
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be no box office on site. Tickets can be purchased on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any further help. Don't forget to give us your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check whether this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps shown to change the date and/or time of the ticket. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
You can book for a group up to the number of tickets our app / website allows you to buy (subject to availability). It is not possible to make a special group booking for this event.
Do you offer press passes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer press passes for this event.
Do I need to arrive at the time of my session?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the time shown on your ticket so that we can seat you in the category you purchased. We cannot guarantee entry if you are late.
Are animals allowed? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the event venue. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The theatre is on the ground floor with no steps to reach it, so it is fully accessible. However, the toilets are unfortunately not adapted.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event may include strobe lights.
Will chairs be available during the experience? Will there be places to sit?
This is a seated experience; every visitor will have a seat.
Will there be toilets available at the venue?
Toilets will be available on site. Please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I use my camera during the experience?
Unfortunately, photos are not allowed, not even with your phone.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
