This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What ticket types are there?
There are several ticket categories: Front row, Zone A and Zone B.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do this. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at the Garnisonkirche Potsdam (Breite Str. 7, 14467 Potsdam).
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you need to be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, wheelchair access is available.
Is there parking available?
There are several public car parks, mostly paid, available in the immediate vicinity of the Garnisonkirche.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
At the request of our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the performance. At the request of our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit together if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving on site in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out: simply show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
