Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket.
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
It lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you can't attend. You can cancel it up to 48 hours before the show by contacting us; no documentation is required. You'll get a full refund minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option, or a voucher of equal value to rebook the same experience. Note: the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an indoor event with assigned seating.
Is there food or drinks available?
There are no concessions offered at this venue. Guests are welcome to bring in water for the concert.
Is there parking available?
There is a parking lot located onsite. Additional metered parking can be found on N Nevada Avenue.
What is the minimum age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver or personal assistant?
Guests who require assistance can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us with supporting documentation (for example, a DLA or PIP award letter, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card, or an Assistance Dog ID card).
Does the venue have disability access?
There are ADA-compliant seats available — please notify a staff member when you arrive if you need special seating accommodations.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent throughout the show.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A: Premium Visibility, Zone B: Great Visibility, Zone C: Good Visibility, Zone D: Fair Visibility.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers won't be allowed in.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack add-ons are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
