Candlelight: Christmas Classics

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.

This is an indoor event with assigned seating.

There are no concessions offered at this venue. Guests are welcome to bring in water for the concert.

There is a parking lot located onsite. Additional metered parking can be found on N Nevada Avenue.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who require assistance can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us with supporting documentation (for example, a DLA or PIP award letter, evidence of severe sight impairment, a CredAbility Access Card, or an Assistance Dog ID card).

There are ADA-compliant seats available — please notify a staff member when you arrive if you need special seating accommodations.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent throughout the show.

Zone A: Premium Visibility, Zone B: Great Visibility, Zone C: Good Visibility, Zone D: Fair Visibility.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers won't be allowed in.

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack add-ons are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
