The musicians were magnificent along with wonderful personalities, they created a beautiful introduction to make the rest of the evening one filled with smiles and all of our dozen or so friends that came along with us gushing with great memories and just a grand old time.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID, or check your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where a "Change date and/or time" button will appear if this option is enabled.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions. If you selected the flexible cancellation add-on, please refer to its specific FAQs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase at this event.
Is parking available?
Yes, street parking is available near the venue.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please contact us and we'll provide a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this venue, though service animals are welcome.
What ticket types are available?
The theater is divided into sections A, B and C based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis according to your ticket type.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need help, quoting your ticket order number.
