No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket. With a Flexible Cancellation Ticket, you can request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed — just contact us here. You'll receive a full refund minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option (refunds to card/PayPal can take 10+ days to appear; voucher purchases are refunded as a new voucher). If you opt for an exchange instead, you'll receive a voucher for the same value to book a new date/time for the same experience.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is possible once it has started.

This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.

There are no concessions offered at this venue. Guests are welcome to bring in water for the concert.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

ADA-compliant seats are available — please notify a staff member when you arrive if you need special seating accommodations.

There is a parking lot located onsite. Additional metered parking can be found on N Nevada Avenue.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience.

All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle 3-Pack items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
