As the sky fills with color at dawn and the balloons float over Segovia’s historic skyline, you can relax and savor a delicious breakfast in an exclusive and cozy atmosphere. From this prime vantage point—the hotel’s panoramic terrace—the views of the city’s most iconic landmarks and the festival make the moment a truly unforgettable experience.

Breakfast includes: Coffee, tea, herbal teas, yogurt, assorted fruits, Spanish omelet, cheese and cold cuts, pastries, and mini bites—sweet and savory napolitanas.

The experience is subject to a minimum of 15 attendees confirmed one week before the festival. Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. In the event of a take-off cancellation for safety reasons, the experience will continue as planned, and no refunds will be given once the included service (access to the panoramic terrace and breakfast) has been enjoyed.
