Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience — just contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their carer. You'll need a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes. Disabled access to the Cathedral is via doors on the northern (carpark) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides. For wheelchair assistance, please contact us ahead of time so we can notify onsite staff and prepare for your arrival — wheelchair seating is available in all zones.

Is there parking available?

Yes. On-street (kerbside meters) parking on Ann Street is available only between 7–10pm on weekdays (it's a clearway at other times). Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park opposite the Cathedral, and limited onsite parking is available in the Cathedral Precinct on weekends or for special events.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. As above, photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.

What is the seating like?

Seating is individual wooden chairs — we recommend bringing your own cushion for comfort. Seats are assigned within your purchased zone on a first come, first served basis, so arrive in good time if you'd like to sit with friends in the same zone.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.

Are the candles real?

For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
