About the venueFirst Presbyterian Church of Tallahassee
Organized on November 4, 1832, First Presbyterian Church is one of the oldest congregations in Tallahassee. Its Greek revival sanctuary, completed in 1838, is the only church building still standing from Territorial days. From its beginning, the church has been involved in the life of Florida’s capital city. The Territorial government designated the sanctuary as an official refuge in dangerous times, and to this day the church is a place for refuge, service, worship, study, and nurture.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances unless you purchased a Flexible Refund ticket.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us; no documentation is needed. The ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app; contact us with your ticket ID if you need help.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The venue is indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
There is no food or drink available.
Is parking available?
Limited parking is available; rideshare is recommended.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Yes, guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Contact us after purchasing a valid ticket for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is ADA-compliant. Please note Balcony seating (Zone D) is not ADA accessible.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What ticket types are available?
Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility) and Zone D (Limited Visibility, Balcony).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. They must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand; no late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time; we'll do our best to accommodate you.
