The Royal Cinema is an Art Moderne event venue and cinema in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was built in 1939 and owned by Miss Ray Levinsky. When it was built in 1939, it was called The Pylon, with an accompanying large sign at the front of the theatre.

What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page specifies the different zones available for purchase. Zone A has the best view, while Zone C may only have a partial view.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for those who are 8+. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

How do I get to the venue?
The Royal Theatre is accessible by car, city bus or streetcar. The 506 Carlton streetcar stops at Grace and College. Green P parking is available both underground and at street level, accessible via Clinton St., immediately north of College and Clinton Streets.
Is there food served?
Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
For the convenience and comfort of guests with accessibility needs, we kindly request that you arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before doors open. Is there parking available?
There is no parking at the venue. Visitors can find parking both underground and at street level with Green P parking, within a two-minute walk of the venue.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
