Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code will also be in your purchase confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

The ticket page shows the different zones available for purchase. Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may only offer a partial view.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is located on the north side, on the corner of Charlotte St and George St N.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is there parking available?

There is a paid parking lot directly south of the venue.

Can I take pictures or use my phone during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket was purchased. For more information, check our T&Cs.

Are the candles flammable?

For the safety of all attendees, all candles used will be flameless.
