Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same details you used to purchase; your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to other people for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Remember to include your ticket order number; contact us if you need any help.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date or time up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, or directly in the "Tickets" section of the app via the "Change date and/or time" button if it's available. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; a paid flexible cancellation add-on is available that lets you cancel your ticket up to 48 hours beforehand (this option is lost if the ticket is transferred first).
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during the event can apply for a free ticket for their carer. Send us the relevant supporting documents; once received, we'll send you a voucher to purchase the free ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at the entrance.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 45 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Does the concert take place indoors?
Yes, the concert takes place indoors at Stadtcasino Basel.
Can I buy food and drinks on-site?
Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase at this event, although there are no gluten-free or vegan options.
Is there parking at the venue?
Stadtcasino Basel does not have its own car park. There are several car parks nearby, including Parking Kunstmuseum Basel, Steinenparking, Elisabethenparking and Parkhaus Anfoshaus.
How do I get to the venue?
Stadtcasino Basel is located at Konzertgasse 1, 4051 Basel. By public transport, the closest stop is Barfüsserplatz (tram lines 3, 6, 8, 11, 14, 15, 16 and 17). It's about a 10-minute walk from Basel SBB station, or you can take tram 8 or 11; from Basel Badischer Bahnhof, tram 6 takes you there directly.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Doors open one hour before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 45 minutes early to take your seat in the assigned zone; doors close 5 minutes before the start and, out of respect for the performers, latecomers cannot be admitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in good time by email.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the venue, but service animals are welcome.
What is the "Candlelight Photo" add-on and how does it work?
It's a personal photo session in a dedicated area, with an instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake. You can buy it online with your ticket or, while stock lasts, on-site by card (cash is not accepted; online buyers have priority). Photos are taken before the show, so arrive at least 30 minutes early, as the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. You choose your favourite photo before it's printed and collect it at the exit; if you leave without collecting it, no refund or rescheduling is possible.
What is the "Candle 3-Pack"?
A set of 3 high-quality electric candles that realistically recreate the warm flicker of real candlelight. Sets bought online must be collected on-site on the day of the event at the specified location; since they're tied to that date and venue, they cannot be returned or exchanged — all sales are final.
