There are three ticket zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), and Zone C (good visibility).

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time.

The Orlando Museum of Art offers free parking in its lot directly in front of the museum during regular operating hours, but expect to pay for parking during special events such as the Festival of Trees.
