Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and we recommend arriving early to be seated within your purchased zone.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

This is an indoor, seated experience with assigned zones.

Is there food served?

There is no food or drink available, and no outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue.

Is there parking available?

Free parking is available for all guests in the main lot, located on the west side of the building, with the entrance off North Street.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first; please contact us for more information.

Does this venue have disability access?

This venue is ADA compliant. Accessible seating is available in Zone C, with a ramp near the main doors and elevators to the Theater.

What are the different ticket types?

Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B great visibility, Zone C good visibility, and the Balcony good visibility. Seating is assigned first come, first served within each zone.

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
