Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logging in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not possible under any circumstances, except with a Flexible Refund ticket. Please check our terms and conditions for more information.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket at no extra cost to another Fever account from the "Tickets" section of the app.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Is the experience indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Are food and drinks available?

Yes, drinks and a small selection of snacks can be purchased on site.

Is parking available?

Yes, 24 parking spaces and 2 accessible spaces are available on the grounds of the Immanuel cultural centre (entrance on Von-Eynern-Straße). On weekends, additional parking is available in the schoolyard of the Europaschule/Berufskolleg Barmen (entrance on Sternstraße 75). As spaces are limited, please allow enough time to find parking.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I request a ticket for my companion or caregiver?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free ticket for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant documentation.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the Immanuelskirche is accessible via a wheelchair ramp at the main entrance.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except service animals.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket and how does it work?

With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can get a full refund if you decide not to attend the event. Contact us no later than 48 hours before the experience starts; no documents are required. Please note the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person beforehand.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).

At the Immanuelskirche, Sternstraße 73, 42275 Wuppertal.

How do I get to the venue?

By bus to the Wichlinghauser Straße stop, by Schwebebahn to Wupperfeld, or by regional/S-Bahn train to Wuppertal-Oberbarmen; from any of these, the church is reached via Von-Eynern-Straße.
