Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

The experience takes place at the Sudetendeutsches Haus (Hochstraße 8, 81669 Munich).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: take the S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3, S5 and S6) to Rosenheimer Platz (4 minutes' walk).
Are food and drinks available on site?
Yes, drinks can be bought at the venue's own bar before the concert.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom on site. It costs €1 per jacket.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us if you'd like to bring a service animal.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible. The hall is on the 1st floor and can be reached by lift.
Is there parking at the venue?
The venue has an underground car park (Rosenheimer Straße 5). However, we recommend travelling by public transport.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, toilets are available. Please ask the staff on site.
Will strobe lights be used?
No, no strobe lights will be used.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free. Just click “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need any further help. Don't forget to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
