Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same details you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. Just contact us quoting your ticket ID. You can also check in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app whether the change option is available for your ticket.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can, however, purchase a flexible cancellation add-on, which lets you cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts; after that, or if the ticket has been transferred, no refund is possible.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to other people for free. Just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app and provide your ticket order number.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need assistance throughout the event can request a free pass for their personal companion. Contact us with supporting documentation; we'll then send you a voucher to purchase the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You must show your companion ticket together with your regular ticket at entry.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.
Will food and drinks be available to purchase on site?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks are sold at this event.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is parking available at the venue.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different seating zones?
The hall is divided into 4 zones (Zone A to D) based on view quality. Seats are assigned to you at the entrance by our team, on a first-come, first-served basis within your chosen zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Are tickets available at the door?
No, tickets aren't sold on site; they're only available through the Fever app or website.
What is the “Candlelight Photo” add-on?
This optional add-on is a personal photo session in a dedicated area, with an instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake. It can be bought online with your ticket, or on site while stock lasts (card payment only on site); your photo is taken before the show and must be collected at the exit the same evening, as it cannot be kept for later.
What is the “Candle 3-Pack” add-on?
This add-on includes 3 high-quality electric candles that realistically mimic the warm, flickering glow of real candlelight. Packs bought online must be collected on site on the day of your event; because they're tied to the specific date and venue, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
