Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What ticket types are there?
The theater is divided into sections A, B and C based on view quality. Seats are assigned by our staff at the entrance, first-come first-served, according to the type of ticket you purchased.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience starts, subject to availability. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances (unless you purchased the flexible cancellation add-on); see our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account for free, directly from the app by tapping “Transfer Tickets”.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No, tickets are not sold on site. They can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, the room is lit with flameless LED candles.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

UNCW Lumina Theater, 601 South College Road, Wilmington, NC 28403, on the first floor of the Fisher Student Center.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
No, food and beverages won't be available for purchase at this event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, this venue is ADA compliant.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available in the Visitor's Lot on campus (4941 Riegel Rd). Check the campus parking map for reference.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
