You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?

How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and food will be available for additional purchase at the venue. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a free ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information (a valid ticket is required before applying).

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
It's an optional add-on photo experience available to guests who purchase it. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. It can also be purchased at the venue, subject to availability, though online purchasers get priority.
