Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date or time of my ticket?

Yes, you can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID, or check the "Tickets" section of the Fever app for the "Exchange date and/or time" option if it's available and follow the on-screen instructions.

Can I get a refund of my ticket?

No refunds are permitted under any circumstances; check our Terms & Conditions for more details. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy: you can cancel and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user).

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket order number.

What are the different seating zones?

The venue is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the section you selected.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?

No, tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.

Can I have a ticket for a carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us and we'll provide a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability).

Will food and beverages be available for purchase?

Yes, you'll be able to purchase food and beverages at this event, including vegan and gluten-free options.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for the safety of all attendees, every candle used is flameless.
