No, your ticket is validated via the Fever app when you arrive.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance, provided the exchange option is available in the app. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, free of charge via "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. If you have any questions, please contact us stating your ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, using the same login details as when you made your purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

When should I arrive?

Arrive at least 30 minutes early so that you can take your assigned seat. Doors close 5 minutes before the start; latecomers will not be admitted.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 12 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I take photos or record the performance?

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final applause and without flash.

How do I vote?

Scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your smartphone; you will be taken directly to the voting page. Most phone cameras scan QR codes automatically. If that doesn't work, download Google Lens or use a third-party QR scanner. Otherwise, ask our staff on site for help.

Are there strobe lights?

No, there are no strobe lights.

Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?

No tickets are sold on site; you can only buy them via the Fever app or the Fever website.

Can I get a ticket for a carer?

Guests who need assistance can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/carer. Contact us and we will send you a voucher for the free carer ticket (subject to availability). On entry you must show your regular ticket in addition to this ticket.

Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?

Yes, before the event you can buy food and drinks at the bar.

Can I bring pets? Are assistance dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, but assistance dogs are welcome.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

No, your phone must be on silent throughout the entire performance.

Can I leave the room during the performance?

Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
