How does seating assignment and zoning work?

The venue is organized into different zones, each priced according to its proximity and view of the stage. Seats are assigned as you arrive at Petit Palau, respecting the order of entry and the category of your ticket.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Sure! You can share seats in the same row. The only important thing is that you arrive simultaneously and that your tickets are for the same section. We recommend coming 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together!

Can tickets be bought at the Petit Palau box office?

Answer

There is no physical sales point inside Petit Palau. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

Answer

We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

Will there be food and drink service at Petit Palau?

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?

Answer

Since we often choose historic and monumental venues for the event, the temperature sometimes depends on the outside weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the time of year to ensure a comfortable and pleasant evening.

Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?

Answer

No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: The Innate Law in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

No need to worry about fire. For everyone's safety, we use LED candles that simulate real light. This eliminates any danger and they don't emit heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. You can only take photos and videos without flash during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians on stage.

Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Innate Law in Barcelona?

Check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by logging in with the same method you used for the purchase. If you don't have the app handy, you can find them in your inbox: the confirmation email includes your QR code. Remember, you don't need to bring anything printed.

Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?

Of course, sharing your tickets won't cost you anything. Just go to your Fever app profile, tap your ticket, and select "Transfer Tickets." If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.

Sure! You can buy a Candlelight Gift Card and let them choose their favorite concert on the day that suits them best. Already have a ticket for a specific day? No problem, use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app and send it as a gift.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Enjoy a special photography experience in our decorated Petit Palau area with this pack. You'll take home an instant photo printed with the classic Polaroid touch.

Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Petit Palau?

You can buy your photo experience at Petit Palau if the quota hasn't been reached yet. Just remember that we don't accept cash in the venue, only card, and that online purchases have priority.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so there's enough time to take your photo. The photo session takes place before the show and ends 10 minutes before it starts.

When will I receive the photo?

Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

Once you enter Petit Palau, our staff will tell you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to approach any of our employees if you have any questions.

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

Answer

Take home these 3 LED candles that reproduce the warm flicker of traditional lighting. Forget about fire hazards; they're an ideal and safe choice for home decoration.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

Your purchases made through Fever are delivered at the venue. Remember that the "Pack of 3 candles" does not have a refund or exchange policy because all purchases for this event are final.

Are pets or animals allowed in Petit Palau? What about service animals?

Pets are not allowed in the venue, but guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.
