What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page lists the available Zones. Zone A has the best view and sound, while Zone D is more towards the back of the theatre.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion pass. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement, and any other rules to attend?
The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside, and once the show starts, latecomers can't be let in.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and there's no entry once it starts.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
It takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

How do I get to the venue?
The Westdale Theatre sits in the heart of Westdale Village, near McMaster University, between South and North Oval along King St W. Check the venue's own site for more transport details.

Metered parking on King St W is free all day on Saturdays and Sundays, and after 6 PM Monday through Friday. Check the venue's site for other transport options.
Will there be food or drinks available?
Yes, drinks and snacks are available for purchase on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
