FAQs Frequently asked questions
What are the different ticket types?
The ticket page specifies the different zones available for purchase. All seats have a great view of the Biltmore Theatre. Zone A tickets have a more premium view and sound, Zone B is still on the ground floor but further towards the back. Zone C is in the side balconies and Zone D is in the mezzanine.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you have any concerns about accessible seating, contact us at hello@feverup.com. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us with supporting documentation, such as an Access 2 Card or another document depending on your needs.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for those aged 8 and up. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience; contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

How long does the experience last?
60 minutes, with doors opening 45 minutes before.
Is there food served?
Snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
If you have any concerns about accessible seating, contact us at hello@feverup.com. The Biltmore Theatre does not currently have a fully accessible washroom; the 1st floor washrooms are available but do not offer the support systems of accessible washrooms. There is a small raised platform once you enter the main room, and the Biltmore does provide ramps to accommodate wheelchair access when needed. You can review their full floor layout on their website via the 3D tour.
Is there parking available?
The Biltmore Theatre does not have dedicated parking. We recommend the available street parking or one of the several municipal lots within a 3-minute walk from the venue, located at the corner of Athol and Celina (Lot 16) and at Mary and King (Mary Street Parking Garage/Parkade 3).
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, although this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
