In Christmas Classics, the most beloved melodies of the season come to life in a live string quartet concert, surrounded by the glow of the candles. A unique way to get into the holiday spirit.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

The theater is located at Av. Gentil Bittencourt, 650, in the Batista Campos neighborhood, in Belém. Search for “Teatro Margarida Schivasappa” in your maps app to get directions.
Are there food options at the venue?
There is no cafeteria on site, and food and drinks are not allowed inside the theater, except water.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Seats reserved for wheelchair users are in Zone C. If you need assistance or have any questions about tickets, send an email to ola@feverup.com.
Is parking available?
There are private parking lots around the theater, subject to availability.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the audience's safety, all candles are LED.
What are the ticket types?
There are Half-price, Entrada Social and Full-price tickets for each zone. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: all tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever ticket on the app or in the email when you arrive at the venue.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I book a ticket for my companion or caregiver?
Anyone who needs assistance throughout the experience is entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or companion. After purchasing your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before requesting), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
Yes, from 8 years old. Children must present a photo ID before tickets are validated, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, people with disabilities (PWD) and their companion, and low-income youth. Everyone must present a document proving their status; otherwise, they will not be able to use the half-price rate and must pay the full ticket price.
How does the Entrada Social ticket work?
The Entrada Social ticket can be purchased by anyone, with no proof required. It already includes a R$5 donation to NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience begins: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms.
Can I enter after the concert has started?
No. Entry is not allowed after the concert start time. Arrive early and secure the best seat in your chosen zone.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
