Un'esperienza meravigliosa, rilassante, che ha fatto bene all'anima, al cuore e alla mente. Mi ha fatto conoscere nuove persone e riscoprire amici di vecchia data, mi ha donato serenità che mi mancava da tanto. Le persone si muovevano in punta di piedi, parlavano a voce bassa e sembravamo tutti uniti dalla voglia di vivere una bella esperienza insieme, anche se non ci conoscevamo. Lo staff è stato fantastico, coinvolgente e delicato nell'approccio. La voce guida rilassante e la musica insostituibile e adeguatissima al momento. Unico inconveniente la corrente spingeva le lanterne tutte a riva Spero tanto si ripeta ancora🫶

È stata una serata magica, ricca d’emozioni. Non vedo l’ora di ripetere questa esperienza

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. You simply need to send the PDF you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

The event takes place at Idroscalo Milano, 20054 Novegro-Tregarezzo, Metropolitan City of Milan. The recommended entrances are: Porta Maggiore, which is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities; and the Tribune Entrance, which can also be used to access the event, but is not suitable for people with disabilities, as there is a flight of stairs at the entrance.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. When in doubt, please remember to check your spam folder too.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. We are happy to inform you that we will cater for vegan and gluten-free options!

Is there parking available?

The recommended car park is located at the Porta Maggiore entrance (West Car Park).
