How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: The Best of K-Pop in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
To ensure you enjoy safely, all our candles are LED. They perfectly recreate the flicker and warmth of a real flame but without fire, heat, or any risk to your safety.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the temperature regulation varies with the seasons. We suggest coming in comfortable clothes adapted to the year's temperature to enjoy the experience to the fullest and without surprises.
Will there be food and drink service at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We appreciate you silencing your phone before the show. Recordings and photos without flash are reserved only for the last song of the performance, as communicated by the artists themselves.

The venue is divided into sections with different prices based on visibility and proximity to the stage. Our team will seat you on a first-come, first-served basis at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, always within the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Absolutely! You can sit together without any problem. To ensure contiguous seats, all you need is for the group to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same zone. We advise coming at least 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together.
Can tickets for Candlelight: The Best of K-Pop be gifted?

What is "Candlelight Photo"?
With this exclusive add-on, you'll enjoy a personalized photo session in a specially decorated area of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid and receive an instant Polaroid-style capture as a keepsake.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid?
If there is still availability, you can purchase your Candlelight Photo at the venue itself, paying exclusively with a credit or debit card. Remember, online buyers have priority over sales at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid.
When will I receive the photo?
Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This set includes 3 LED candles that perfectly imitate the movement and warmth of a traditional candle. Being fully electric, they are ideal and safe for enhancing any space in your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: The Best of K-Pop in Madrid?
Check the "Tickets" section in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by logging in with the same method you used for the purchase. If you don't have the app handy, you can find them in your inbox: the confirmation email includes your QR code. Remember, you don't need to bring anything printed.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
The Fever app gives you the option to transfer your tickets free of charge using the "Transfer Tickets" feature. If you need help managing it, contact us and remember to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.

Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
As soon as you enter Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, you'll see our team ready to point you to the photo area. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have!
Is there parking available at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.

There is no formal dress code for the event. We advise going for a comfortable style so you can enjoy the evening to the fullest.
