Candlelight brings the music of Queen and The Beatles to Berns Salonger in Stockholm. A live string quartet performs the songs of two of rock's most legendary bands in an intimate, candlelit setting, for a multi-sensory concert experience like no other.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, check whether the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if it is, tap the “Exchange date and/or time” button and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more details, see our Terms & Conditions.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
What if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket? Can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts: just contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a one-of-a-kind photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalised photo session in a specially designated area and, as a keepsake, receive a single instant print in a charming Polaroid style.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” photos at the venue?
No. Photos must be purchased online and are not available for purchase at the venue.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, the staff will explain where the photo experience is located. Don't hesitate to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.
What is the “Candle 3-Pack”?
The package includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a real candle.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight concert, candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different zones based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the zone you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No. Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the show. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we will send you a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please remember to show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.
Will food and drinks be available to buy on site?
Drinks will be available for purchase from the bar before the concert.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair users are welcome to contact the venue in advance to ensure the best possible experience.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
