What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into sections based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis within your selected zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. Arrive early for the best chance of being seated together.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the whole show. Photos and videos are only allowed during the curtain call, without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this experience does not use strobe lights.
How do I vote?
Scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your phone camera to reach the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan automatically, use Google Lens or another QR scanner app, or ask a staff member for help.

Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the account used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free, via "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact support if you need help, and include your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change your date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting support with your ticket ID, or using the "Exchange date and/or time" option in the app if available. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. A Flexible Cancellation add-on offering an alternative policy is available for purchase.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated via the Fever app on arrival.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No, tickets are only sold via the Fever app or website, not on site.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free companion pass. Contact support with proof of need to receive a voucher for the companion ticket (subject to availability); the regular ticket must be shown alongside it at entry.
