Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. Just contact us with your ticket ID, which you'll find in your confirmation email or the Fever app. Alternatively, check the "Tickets" section of the app to see if the exchange option is available and follow the on-screen steps. Please note that refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our terms and conditions for more information.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can optionally purchase a flexible cancellation add-on, which lets you cancel your ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts — just contact us to do so. Please note that a ticket is no longer eligible for a refund once it has been transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket order number.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and late entry once the concert has begun is not possible.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Can I buy food and drinks on site?
You can buy drinks at this event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Yes. Guests who need support during the event can apply for a free pass for their companion/support worker. Send us proof of this need; you'll then receive a voucher to claim the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please remember to show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket when entering the venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at an accessible venue.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are tickets available at the door?
No, tickets are not sold on site — only through the Fever app or website.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 40 minutes before the start so you can be assigned a seat in your booked zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start; arriving later is not possible, out of respect for the artists and other guests.
Can I bring animals? Are service animals allowed?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed at the venue, but service animals are welcome.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of all guests, every candle used is flameless.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll be sure to notify you by email in advance.
How warm or cold will it be at the concert?
Candlelight concerts take place in beautiful venues where temperature control can sometimes be tricky. We do our best to keep things comfortable, but temperatures may vary depending on the season, so we recommend dressing accordingly.
