Arrive & check in
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time at the Fever Immersive Center, Level 1, 123 Gotha St, Fortitude Valley, so your squad is checked in and ready to go.
Choose your mission
Pick your game when you book: D-Day, Invasion, Dead Mansion or Virtual Zone Arena — each with its own story, enemies and difficulty.
Gear up
Put on your adjustable VR headset and grab your controllers — our on-site attendants walk you through everything before you start, no experience needed.
Play free-roam
Move, duck and dodge for 45-50 minutes of full-body VR action, then check the scoreboard to see who came out on top.

What can I expect from the event?

The games of Virtual Zone: VR Gaming Point are unique, free-roaming virtual reality experiences pitting you and your friends against a variety of enemies (or each other) in cinematic, immersive scenarios. Depending on which game you choose, you can expect to fight off alien invaders, uncover the antidote to a zombie virus, storm the beaches on D-Day, or battle your friends for glory in the arena.

How long does the experience last?

The Virtual Zone games last 45-50 minutes each. Please allow about 1 hour total to include the briefing, storing and retrieving your belongings from the on-site lockers, and picking up/returning equipment.

What is the minimum age and height?

The minimum age is 10 for "Virtual Zone Arena" and 13 for "Dead Mansion", "Invasion" and "D-Day"; the minimum height is 130cm for all games. Guests under 17 need a parent or guardian to sign the liability waiver on arrival.

Is it necessary to dress in a specific way for this experience?

Dress comfortably and wear suitable shoes. Since you'll be wearing a VR headset, avoid hats or caps. Backpacks and handbags can be stored in the free on-site lockers.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

This experience is held indoors, in an air-conditioned and heated venue.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Food will not be available for purchase at the venue; beverages will be available.

Is there parking available?

There is a very small amount of metered and unmetered street parking nearby, but availability can't be guaranteed — public transport is recommended (closest bus stop ~150m, train station ~300m).

This event does not include strobe lights.

Can a person with a heart condition or epilepsy take part in the virtual reality experience?

No — unfortunately, people with a heart condition or epilepsy cannot take part in these immersive virtual reality games.

Is the experience accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. Venue access is on the ground floor via a platform lift, elevator and ramps, and ADA parking is available in 3 nearby parking garages.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours in advance via the "Change date and/or time" option on your ticket in the Fever App, or by contacting Fever support. No refunds are permitted except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, free of charge — use "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App, or contact Fever support for help.
