Programme: The Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and La Folia.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance — contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances; if you selected the Flexible cancellation add-on, refer to its own FAQs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help, and make sure to include your ticket order number.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase at this event; however, gluten-free or vegan options are not guaranteed.
Is there parking available?
Yes, paid parking is available via the Brown Hotel Garage (PARC) or on the street, and paid valet parking is also offered.
What is the minimum age to attend?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us with proof of the need for a carer ticket; once received, we'll provide a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app, based on availability. Keep in mind you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand — if you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the security of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving with plenty of time so we can do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
