Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date or time of my ticket?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, or by using the "Exchange date and/or time" button in the Tickets section of the app if available. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances; a Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for an alternative policy.

Can I get a refund if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket?

Yes, you can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us. The ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, transfers are free. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app, including your order number. Contact us if you need help.

Yes, guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free companion pass for their personal assistant/support worker by contacting us; a voucher will be provided, subject to availability.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals will not be admitted out of respect for the performers and other guests.
