♿ Accessibility: the venue is accessible, but companion entry is handled separately. Accessible access requires a ticket along with a CUD certificate
❗ Entry with drinks, food, thermoses, professional cameras, sharp or pointed objects, flags with poles, pyrotechnics, narcotics, or any other item that security personnel deems potentially harmful to attendees is prohibited. Handbags are permitted provided they can be inspected. We recommend attending with as few items as possible; once inside, look after your belongings as the organization is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft within the venue

ABOUT THE TICKETS:
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a unique QR code per ticket. These are your tickets, which you simply need to show at the door from your phone or in printed form. If the original purchaser cannot attend, another person may take their place by forwarding the e-ticket through the Fever App. In the event of any issue with the QR code, the ID of the ticket holder will be requested

Event capacity is limited, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Tickets will only be sold at the box office at a higher price if availability remains

Avoid scams: do not purchase via resale or other sites appearing in search engine results. QR codes can be forged (the system will detect them as an "invalid ticket") or resold multiple times (once a QR is scanned, the ticket is invalid for re-entry)

AGE POLICY:

Children under 5 (inclusive) may NOT enter the event
Children under 15 (inclusive) must enter with their respective tickets accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 years of age with a ticket (up to 3 children per adult)

DRINKS:

The sale and/or distribution of alcoholic beverages is restricted to those over 18 years of age. To purchase your bracelet that allows you to buy, you must present your ID in the designated area inside the venue for accreditation

SECURITY:

It will not be possible to enter the event with drinks, food, thermoses, professional cameras, sharp or pointed objects, flags with poles, pyrotechnics, narcotics, or any other item that security personnel deem may harm or damage the integrity of attendees. It is allowed to enter with handbags as long as they can be examined. We recommend attending with as few objects as possible; once inside, take care of your belongings as the organization will not be responsible for damages, losses, or thefts within the venue

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES:

Request a ticket with a CUD certificate: https://forms.gle/8G2KgumbkgxazkLZ7

The ticket granted through this form DOES NOT extend to an accompanying person, who must purchase (1) ticket at the current lowest value to enter along with the person who has the CUD in the assigned sector

SUSPENSION DUE TO WEATHER ALERT:

This event will take place in an outdoor space, so its development is conditioned by the weather conditions at the time of its setup and execution

Should the National Meteorological Service or any other competent authority declare an orange or red alert (or any equivalent level of meteorological emergency that implies a risk to people's safety), the organization may suspend or reschedule the event, prioritizing the physical integrity of attendees, artists, suppliers, and staff in general

The buyer understands and expressly agrees that purchasing the ticket implies entering into a random contract, in which the risk of extreme weather conditions is part of its nature. Consequently, the suspension or rescheduling of the event for this reason will not give rise to any refund of the price paid, nor will it entitle you to exchange, credit, compensation, or damages against the organizer

Only in the case of a definitive cancellation, without setting a new date, will the nominal value of the ticket be refunded according to the procedure of the ticketing platform and within the legal deadlines. The organizer will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the buyer (transport, accommodation, meals, or others). 🎁 Give memories to someone special! Buy a gift card here
