❗ Entry with drinks, food, thermoses, professional cameras, sharp or pointed objects, flags with poles, pyrotechnics, narcotics, or any other item that security personnel deems potentially harmful to attendees is prohibited. Handbags are permitted provided they can be inspected. We recommend attending with as few items as possible; once inside, look after your belongings as the organization is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft within the venue.

ABOUT THE TICKETS:
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a unique QR code per ticket. These are your tickets, which you simply need to show at the door from your phone or in printed form. If the original purchaser cannot attend, another person may take their place by forwarding the e-ticket through the Fever App. In the event of any issue with the QR code, the ID of the ticket holder will be requested.

Event capacity is limited, so we recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Tickets will only be sold at the box office at a higher price if availability remains.

Avoid scams: do not purchase via resale or other sites appearing in search engine results. QR codes can be forged (the system will detect them as an "invalid ticket") or resold multiple times (once a QR is scanned, the ticket is invalid for re-entry).

Should the National Meteorological Service or other competent authority declare an orange or red alert (or any equivalent level of meteorological emergency involving risk to public safety), the organization may suspend or reschedule the event, prioritizing the physical safety of attendees, artists, vendors, and staff.
