Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to request a change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed for standard tickets. If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket (available for selected events), you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts. No documents are required, but the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to someone else.
What ticket types are available?
Tickets are available for Zone A, B, C and D, each with different visibility. Seats within your zone are assigned on arrival. Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can also apply for one free companion ticket: after buying your ticket, send us proof of your needs and we'll provide a voucher for the companion ticket, subject to availability. Both tickets must be shown at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The experience takes place at the Französische Kirche, Zeughausgasse 8, 3011 Bern, Switzerland.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is centrally located and very easy to reach by public transport.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The venue is indoor, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
No food or drink is served at this venue.
Is parking available?
There's no dedicated parking for concert guests, but there are some public parking spaces in Bern city centre.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. If you're attending with a service animal, please fill out this form in advance.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Anything else I should know?
The venue can be a bit cool during winter months, so we recommend wearing warm clothing.
