What types of tickets are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D. All tickets include a drink.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts (contact us with your ticket ID). Refunds are not possible under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.
What is the flexible cancellation ticket, and how do I request a refund?
The flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the start. No documents are required; please note the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink served?
Fever runs its own bar service at this concert.
How do I get to the venue?
Pfarrei Don Bosco is located at Allschwilerstrasse 70, 4055 Basel. By public transport, take tram line 1 or 8 from Basel SBB to the "Bernoullianum" stop (a few minutes' walk from there). By car: the church is centrally located in the St. Johann district; public parking nearby is limited (blue zone) — we recommend using public transport.
Is parking available?
There's no dedicated parking right at the church. Public short-stay parking (blue zone) is available nearby. As parking options are limited, we recommend using public transport.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. After purchasing your ticket, send us the relevant supporting documentation — we'll then provide you with a voucher to buy your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the carer ticket at entry.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
