Do I need to print out my ticket?
You don't need to print anything. You only need to show your Fever tickets in the app or in your email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Changes to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original booking and are subject to availability. Contact us directly here to change your ticket.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us for additional help, making sure to include your ticket order number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't downloaded the app, you can get it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when buying the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, contact us.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start time of the experience. Late entry is not permitted, as this would disrupt the show for the other attendees.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible within the dedicated "Wheelchair Accessible Zone".
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, the event is for people aged 12 and over. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and need a ticket.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Yes, guests are welcome to take photos and/or record the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 1 hour.
Can I buy food and drinks on site?
Yes, there is a bar on site where you can buy food and drinks during the experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are seats numbered?
No, seats are not individually numbered. Instead, the venue is divided into four visibility zones: Zone A: Premium visibility Zone B: Optimal visibility Zone C: Good visibility Zone D (Balcony): Limited visibility Within the zone you purchased, seats are assigned by order of arrival (first-come, first-served). Upon entry, show your ticket to our ushers. They will direct you to your designated zone and help you find the best available seat.
Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for sale at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support Worker. For tickets in the Wheelchair Accessible Zone: If you buy a ticket in this zone, you can come on the day of the event with your companion and you will be directed to two seats next to each other. You do not need to apply for a separate companion ticket. For tickets in Zones A, B or C: You will need to apply for a free Personal Assistant/Support Worker ticket before your initial ticket purchase. Contact us here with proof of the need for a companion. Once we receive it, we will give you a voucher code so you can issue the free ticket in the same transaction as your own ticket.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, toilets are available, which are cleaned and disinfected regularly.

No, neither a cloakroom nor lockers are available at the venue.
What should I do if I forget a personal item?
