Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same login method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email. No printed ticket is required.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or www.feverup.com before you arrive.
What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones — Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to make the change.
Are refunds allowed?

The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and there is no entry once it starts.

SantaPark is located 7km from Rovaniemi city centre. It's accessible by bike, on foot, by car or by public transport.

The venue itself doesn't provide parking space, but there is ample parking available just outside the venue.
