The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

There's a bar available on-site, but no food is allowed into the Ballroom where the concert is held.

Rideshare is encouraged, but paid self-parking is available on-site. The Terrace Room, used as the ADA entrance, sits directly off the self-parking lot. Valet parking is also available for an extra fee.

Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you've purchased your own ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.

Yes, this venue is ADA-accessible. Use the self-parking lot, as it's the closest option for wheelchair access.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

It's an optional add-on (available for select events) that lets you request a full refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, up to 48 hours before the show — no documentation required. Refunds go back to your original payment method (10+ days) or as a voucher if you paid with one; exchanges are issued as a voucher for the same experience.

A paid add-on offering a photo session in a designated area near the venue, with a printed polaroid-style picture included. It can also be purchased on-site if not sold out, though online buyers get priority. You'll get a separate QR code to show the photographer, and photos must be collected before you leave — they can't be kept for later pickup.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be seated in your purchased zone. The show starts on time and latecomers won't be admitted.

Candle 3-Packs must be picked up on-site on the day of your event, at the designated collection point. As they're tied to that specific date and venue, they're non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
