What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use this option), please send us the relevant supporting documentation. Once we've received it, we'll provide you with a voucher you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
The Flexible Refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to submit to get my refund?
No documents are required to request your refund.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Dreikönigskirche (Dreikönigsstraße 30, 60594 Frankfurt am Main).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport, you can reach the Dreikönigskirche via the Elisabethenstraße stop (Bus 30, M36) or the Südbahnhof stop (U-Bahn lines 1-3, U8, S-Bahn lines 3-6, Bus 45, 47, 48, 61, X61, X77, 78, Tram 15, 16, 18).
Will food and drinks be available?
No food will be available in the concert hall, and bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed at the venue. Pets are not permitted.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
No, unfortunately the Dreikönigskirche can only be reached via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
A small number of parking spaces are available on site. There is also a parking garage on Walter-Kolb-Straße nearby.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, and latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is a seated, indoor experience.
