Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What different ticket types are there?
Seating is unreserved within the booked zone upon arrival.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Are there wheelchair spaces?
Yes, the venue is accessible and wheelchair friendly, with spaces available for wheelchair users. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare everything in advance.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the whole experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at OEZ Christuskirche (Martin-Luther-Platz, 6020 Innsbruck).
How do I get to the venue?
You can reach the OEZ Christuskirche by bus lines A, 502 and 504 (stop "Martin-Luther-Platz") as well as by tram lines 1 and 6 (stop "Claudiaplatz").

No, there is no bar on site.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. The concert begins promptly, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be refused entry out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on 'Transfer tickets' on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same method you used to make your purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. There is no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
