The concert lasts 60 minutes. No intermission is planned. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

Yes, parking is available near the venue.

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need support during the event can apply for a free pass for their personal companion/carer. Message us with proof of the need for a companion ticket, and we'll send you a voucher to claim the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown on entry.

Yes, the event takes place at a wheelchair-accessible venue.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.

The hall is divided into 4 zones (Zone A to D) based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the door on a first come, first served basis within your booked zone.

Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early — we'll do our best to seat you together.
