Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help, and remember to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. Simply contact us with the ticket ID linked to your purchase. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, am I entitled to a refund?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you do so up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Simply contact us. Please note the ticket is no longer refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No intermission is planned. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once it has begun.

The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your booked zone.
Is food and drink available to buy on site?
No, food and drinks are not sold at this event.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available near the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I get a ticket for a companion/carer?
Guests who need support during the event can apply for a free pass for their personal companion/carer. Message us with proof of the need for a companion ticket, and we'll send you a voucher to claim the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown on entry.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at a wheelchair-accessible venue.
Can I take photos or record video during the show?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.
What seating zones are there?
The hall is divided into 4 zones (Zone A to D) based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the door on a first come, first served basis within your booked zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early — we'll do our best to seat you together.
