Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to buy. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are only available if you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket. In that case, you can request a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed, and note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
What different ticket types are available?
Zones A, B, and C. Zone A seats are closest to the stage.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended, since onsite parking is limited. From Orcutt Road, turn onto La Lomita Way and follow the access road to the back of the property, where the guest parking lot is located. From there, walk through the barn to reach the Pavilion where the show is held.
Is parking available?
Yes, there's a free parking lot onsite, though spaces are limited. We recommend carpooling and arriving early.
Is food or drink available?
Wine and snacks are available for purchase onsite as a package, at an additional cost.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is fully ADA accessible.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You'll need a valid ticket before applying, so contact us once you've purchased yours.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals. Contact us if you plan to bring a service animal.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
