Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID. Alternatively, check if the ‘Exchange date and/or time’ option is available in the Tickets section of the Fever app and follow the on-screen instructions. Refunds are not available under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for details.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free directly from the Fever app by tapping ‘Transfer Tickets’ on your ticket. Contact us if you need help, including your ticket order number.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy — see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket, can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket for a full refund if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts by contacting us. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.
How long does the show last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there will not be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different seating zones, and can my friends and I sit together?
The theater is divided into sections based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis within your selected zone. You can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone — we recommend arriving early so we can seat you together.
Can I request a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us here and we'll provide a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Can I bring animals to the event?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event, though service animals are welcome.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the show starts, and late arrivals will not be permitted.
What add-ons are available for this experience?
You can add ‘Candlelight Photo’ — a personalized photo session with an instant Polaroid-style print, available for purchase online or at the venue while supplies last — or a ‘Candles 3-Pack’ of premium electric candles, which must be collected on-site and is non-refundable once purchased.
