Firstly - thank you for coming to Ipswich. The venue was perfect and the music atmosphere even better!!! Just an amazing evening and will want to support more events in this location. A suggestion though to try and improve entry is to open entry for seating a little earlier to reduce a crush and perhaps identify side entry point for those with mobility issues. Thank you though for a wonderful event .

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play). Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types?
Front Row (best visibility), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (limited visibility), and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue — they must be bought through the app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, at no extra cost — click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where is the experience taking place, and how do I get there?
St Mary's Catholic Church, 1B Elizabeth St, Woodend QLD 4305. By train: Ipswich Railway Station, then an 8-10 minute walk. By bus: routes 500, 502, 515 and 534 stop nearby (check TransLink for current timetables). By car: use GPS to 1B Elizabeth St, Woodend QLD 4305; there's limited street parking nearby.
Is there parking available?
Limited onsite parking at the Church, plus street parking on Elizabeth Street, Mary Street, Roseberry Parade and Ellenborough Street, and additional parking at the Ipswich Council lot off Roseberry Parade.
Is there food served?
Drinks and snacks are not allowed inside the Church.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes — St Mary's Church is committed to disability access. Ramps are located either side of the main staircase, and the accessible entrance is on the car park side. For wheelchair assistance, email us in advance so we can notify onsite staff.
How long does the show last, and when should I arrive?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts to be assigned your seat — the concert begins on time and late entry isn't allowed.
Can I take pictures or videos, and should I keep my phone on?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode for the rest of the performance.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No — for everyone's safety, all candles used are flameless.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
An optional paid add-on: a souvenir polaroid-style photo taken in a dedicated area before or after the show (photo sessions end 10 minutes before the concert starts). You'll get a QR code by email to validate with the photographer at the venue; results are printed and can be collected at the exit.
