Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

FAQs Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, check our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
Front Row offers the best visibility, Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B offers great visibility, Zone C offers limited visibility, and Zone D offers restricted visibility.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit together if you arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.

St Mary's Catholic Church, 1B Elizabeth St, Woodend QLD 4305.
How do I get to the venue?
By train, it's roughly an 8 to 10 minute walk from Ipswich Railway Station. Several bus routes, including 500, 502, 515 and 534, service the area, with stops a short walk from the church. By car, there is limited street parking nearby; check TransLink for up to date routes and timetables.
Is parking available?
There is limited onsite parking at the church, plus street parking on Elizabeth Street, Mary Street, Roseberry Parade and Ellenborough Street. Additional parking is available in the Ipswich Council parking lot off Roseberry Parade.
Is food or drink available?
No, drinks and snacks are not allowed in the Church.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, St Mary's Church provides disability access. Wheelchair assistance is available on request; please email us in advance so onsite staff can be notified. There are ramps on either side of the main staircase leading up to the church from Elizabeth Street, and the accessible entrance is on the car park side, where a ramp is positioned.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or postponement, we will notify you by email in advance.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be seated in your purchased zone; latecomers will not be admitted out of respect for the musicians and audience.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; please contact us for more information.
