Secure paid underground parking is available at Cathedral Square Car Park opposite the Cathedral. Limited on-site parking is available in the Cathedral precinct on weekends or for special events.

What are the different ticket types?
VIP Experience — front-row seat with the best visibility; Zone A — great visibility; Zone B — good visibility; Zone C — slightly restricted visibility; Zone D — restricted visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. Buy all tickets through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience may apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying. Contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app. Log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
What does my VIP Experience ticket include?
Fast Pass: use the side door to skip the queue. From the street facing the cathedral, walk up the driveway on the right and use the first side door into the cathedral. Priority front-row seating: an usher will show you to your front-row seat. Personalised photo gift: staff can take a Polaroid photo of you in front of the stage before or after the show.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you may change the date or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law. See the Terms and Conditions for more information.
Where is the experience taking place?
The experience takes place at St John's Cathedral, 373 Ann St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. The venue does not have air conditioning. You are welcome to bring a cushion for your seat.
How do I get to the venue?
The Cathedral is located at 405 Ann Street, between Brisbane’s CBD and Fortitude Valley. Central Station is less than two blocks (about a 5-minute walk) along Ann Street. Check the TransLink website for train, bus and ferry information. Zones A to D enter through the main front doors. VIP Experience guests should walk up the driveway on the right and use the first side door.
Is there food served?
No, food is not served.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. Access to the Cathedral is through doors on the north (car park) and south (St Martin's courtyard) sides. Contact the venue ahead of time for wheelchair assistance so staff can prepare for your arrival. Wheelchair seating is available in all zones.

Candlelight Photo is a package available to guests who purchase it. Your photo is taken in a specially designated area, and you receive one printed picture in a Polaroid style as a keepsake.
Can I buy Candlelight Photo pictures at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue if the experience has not reached its sell-out threshold. Guests who buy the photo opportunity online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site buyers. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before or after the event. Venue staff will share details once you are inside, and announcements will remind guests about the experience. Ask a staff member if you have questions.
When do I get my pictures?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print it during the concert, and you can collect it at the exit afterward. Make sure you take your physical picture before leaving, as it cannot be kept for you. If you leave without it, a refund or reschedule is not available.
Where do I have to go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will tell you where the photo experience is located.
How do I show proof that I purchased the photo opportunity?
You will receive a QR code in a separate email from your concert ticket confirmation. Have the photographer at the venue validate your QR code before your photo is taken.
Are refunds allowed for Candlelight Photo?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo opportunity is cancelled for internal reasons. If it is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a refund for the photo opportunity.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may be taken only during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you must stay in your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and everyone must be seated beforehand. Late entry is not allowed.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience, for example through a location change or postponement, you will be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes. You can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time and staff will do their best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes. You can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost using Transfer Tickets in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
