FAQs Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), and Zone C (less visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where is the experience taking place?
Stovehouse Event Center, 3414 Governors Drive, Huntsville, AL 35805.
How do I get to the venue?
From US 231, take the Governors Drive exit towards State Route 53 (left if coming from South Huntsville, right if coming from North Huntsville). From 565, take the Governors Drive exit.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your zone. The concert will begin on time, and if you arrive late you won't be allowed to enter the show.
Is there food served?
No. There's a bar on site with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options. Food options are available nearby, but are not associated with the event.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
Large lot parking is available directly off of Governors Drive. Smaller lot parking is available on 9th St NW & 3rd Ave NW.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance, and you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used will be flameless.
