Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you don't need to print anything. Just show your Fever ticket via the app or your confirmation email at entry.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket. With that option, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the experience starts and get a full refund, no documents required.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost, directly from the app.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is the experience indoor or outdoor?

Indoor, with assigned seating within your booked zone.

Is food or drink available?

No, food and drinks are not sold at the venue.

Is there parking available?

There's no dedicated parking at the venue. The nearest public transport options are the Schwanthalerhöhe U-Bahn station, the Bergmannstraße bus stop and the Heimeranplatz S-Bahn station.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes, all guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring a service animal?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If a service animal will be accompanying you, please fill out the corresponding form in advance.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the Auferstehungskirche is wheelchair accessible.

What is “Candlelight Foto”?

An exclusive photo package for guests who add it to their booking: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style photo as a keepsake.

Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue, and when do I get my photo?

Photos can be bought on-site while stock lasts (card payment only), though online bookings are given priority. Photos are usually taken after the concert; you'll choose your shot on-site and collect the printed copy there — please don't forget to pick it up, as photos can't be kept for later collection.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. After purchasing your ticket, send us the relevant proof and we'll provide a voucher for the free carer ticket (subject to availability).

Anything else I should know?

The venue can be chilly during the winter months — we recommend wearing warm clothing.
